If you joined up with UCL from another British college, and there’s hardly any other author having a UCL affiliation in the paper, the Open Access Team can put on this exclusion in case it is maybe not feasible to find out that the paper complies utilizing the REF open access policy. If you cannot get your last accepted manuscript inside the necessary duration (see whenever can I upload to RPS?), this exception may use.
